Today’s speaker is Caroline Isaacs, MSW, Program Director of Arizona American Friends Service Committee. She describes some history of US and Arizona prison policy and the impacts on our community. This is part one of a multi part series. Special thanks to Hilary Eshelman for recording this presentation. Up first, an introduction by YWCA Board Member Diane Wilson, followed by Caroline Issacs.
