David N. Gibbs: First Do No Harm- A Critique of Modern Military Humanitarian Intervention
Our guest today on 30 Minutes is David N. Gibbs, Professor of History at the University of Arizona.
His most recent book is First Do No Harm: Humanitarian Intervention and the Destruction of Yugoslavia. Professor Gibbs describes NATO’s intervention in Yugoslavia, more recently in Libya, and the public’s opposition to such intervention in Syria.
