Today on 30 Minutes, we continue with excerpts from the 2016 Tucson Festival of Books. Moderator Toby Wehner spoke with long time Sesame Street actor and writer Sonia Manzano about her memoir “Becoming Maria: Love and Chaos in the South Bronx.” The book chronicles her life growing up in the 50s and how here dreams carried her through a difficult home life and to eventually become an inspiration to millions through her work on Sesame Street. This is part two of a two part conversation.
